Even though we are only in the first term I have learnt so much already about the industry and about myself. I am so excited to carry on learning in such a friendly and supportive environment anad I would recommend it to anyone wanting to pursue a career in musical theatre.

My time at CTA Performing Arts London provided me with an incredible base of training. While boosting my confidence and improving my technique CTA identified and nurtured my natural talents and made them into my strengths. Making the decision to train at CTA for a year was the best decision I could have made for my future career plans. Any personal objectives I held were listened to and worked upon as were objectives discussed between myself and the tutors which were thought appropriate. Since leaving I have had the confidence in myself to get out there and become more involved in the theatre world be it attending auditions or seeking further training – I have been a part of many projects including a project at the Barbican and gigging around London. The environment of CTA Performing Arts London is hardworking, tough and everyone involved, whether that be teachers or students, is dedicated in making you the best you can be in your time at CTA Performing Arts London, all while helping to provide a caring environment.Jess Tasker - 2012/13 alumni
